The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive the direction of the Payroll team and frow and develop a team of payrollers.

Key Duties/Tasks:
- Managing the full end to end payroll for circa 250 headcount
- Drive positive change to current processes
- All year end activities, including P11d's
- Liaising with 3rd party outsource provider
- Managing and resolving complex payroll queries
