An established 4-partner practice in Sutton, within walking distance of Sutton train station, is seeking a Audit/Accounts Senior to join their friendly accounts/audit team. The role involves working with a range of clients, including small businesses, medium-sized companies with international connections, charities, and other not-for-profit entities.
Role Overview:
- Split role: 60% audit vs 40% accounts preparation including CT computations, and other tasks.
- Work on company/non-incorporated entity accounts preparation, corporation tax computations, and audit.
- Gain all-round experience in the preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts, external audit, and corporation tax.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of statutory accounts.
- Preparation of management accounts.
- External audit.
- Corporation tax experience.
Requirements:
- At least 12-18 months of audit/accounts experience in a UK practice
- Experience with external audits, FRS 102 1A accounts, and corporation tax preparation.
- ACCA/ACA part-qualified with at least 20% audit exposure.
