IFA Administrator

Working with a highly specialised financial planning firm, you will come onboard to assist in:

  • Proven experience in wealth management admin support.
  • Strong proficiency in back-office systems like X-Plan, Intelliflo, FE Analytics, and Cashcalc.
  • Confident in using provider platforms to manage client cases.
  • Technical expertise in pensions, tax-efficient investments, and portfolio management.
  • (Ideally) experience in equity release, mortgages, IHT planning, and protection.
  • A track record of processing cases within these fields.
  • Excellent understanding of FCA rules and the workings of a financial services firm.
  • Outstanding IT skills with attention to detail.
  • Top-notch communication skills-you'll be liaising with both clients and providers daily.
