Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of paediatric respiratory care within the clinical team
- Oversee respiratory assessments, care plans, and tracheostomy clinics for children
- Manage acute respiratory care and ventilation for paediatric patients
- Provide training and mentorship to Paediatric Respiratory Nurses and staff
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and best practices
- Competitive salary up to £58,500 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week (mixed shifts)
- 35 days holiday (inclusive of Public/Bank Holidays)
