Salary: £28,000-36,000 dependent on experience
I am delighted to be seeking an Architectural Technician to join a highly reputable Architectural Design practice in Sutton who work on exciting projects in the residential and commercial sectors. You'll be joining a talented team of Architectural Technologists and Assistants who are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction with their innovative and creative designs. With over 2 decades of experience they are keen to continue their success, so this is an excellent opportunity for a driven Architectural technician to become an integral member of this friendly team.

The successful Architectural Technician will have post qualification experience working on residential projects and be well versed in Revit.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Post qualification experience in an Architectural Practice
- Degree or HND/ HNC in Architectural Technology
- Excellent technical abilities
- Proven record working on residential projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Well versed in Revit
- Job running experience
- Proactive approach to development
- Capable at working well in a team environment
- Live locally to Sutton
- Full clean UK driving licence
