I am looking for a creative Architectural Technician with excellent technical abilities to join a friendly team in Sutton. The practice prides themselves on providing advanced, client-led designs across commercial and residential projects. The team have a range of exciting projects on the horizon and are looking forward to welcoming a new Architectural Technician to the team.
The successful Architectural Technician will have excellent technical skills and sufficient experience working across residential projects. You will have the drive to develop and grow your career, alongside a passion for excellent designs. Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
- Significant experience post qualification
- Residential project experience is essential
- Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient using Revit
- Drive to progress company growth
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Must live within a commutable distance to Sutton
