This leading main contractor has an immediate start potential for a Design Manager to work on a major residential project in Surrey. Your contract for this Design Manager position will start immediately and due to the long-term nature of the development, will be ongoing, with an initial contract of 12 months offered.

As a Design Manager for this major residential developer, you will have the opportunity to work on a prestigious new build which consists of a 35-storey tower and other blocks of high end apartments in a Surrey location very close to Wimbledon in South West London. You will have worked as a Design Manager directly for a developer or main contractor on large RC Frame projects and be able to show longevity on your CV of which you will have worked on a contract from inception to completion.

For this Design Manager role, you will also have a recognised UK construction qualification and have at least 7yrs experience. You will have Tier 1 construction experience and have in depth knowledge of major construction processes.
