We are looking to recruit a Assistant Team Manager in a MASH Team within Sutton The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels.

Sutton Borough Council pay close attention to looking after their Social Workers and strive to ensure they feel supported and welcomed in their roles. The responsibilities of the Social Worker includes:

  • Case Load Management
  • Completing reviews and assessment
  • Working alongside other agencies
  • Working to ensure the protection of vulnerable children
  • Assessing and reviewing existing service users
  • Working effectively with other professionals
  • Helping the TM provide management resources
  • To supervise newly qualified SW
  • Chairing meetings

To ideal candidate will have:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DPSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
