Facilities Administrator| Property Maintenance Industry | 27,000 - 32,000 | Permanent Role

Due to company expansion, we are currently seeking an Account Administrator / Maintenance Administratorto work within the Commercial Maintenance / FM industry. The Account Administrator / Maintenance Administrator, will be the dedicated point of contact for either one large client or a cluster of smaller clients.

You will be working within a large team of technical managers andhelp desk. Your responsibilitieswill be ensuring all jobs on your dedicated account/s are fully compliant and all administration for technical works is up to date, this may include:

  • Ensuring engineers are logging in/out of jobs on time, on the company / client CAFM system.
  • Ensuring relevant compliance documents are uploaded to the company / client CAFM system.
  • Ensuring engineers leave detailed remedial reports / job notes on each job they complete.
  • Issuing POs to engineers or ordering parts / materials / tools on their behalf for jobs on your account.
  • Liaising directly with client points of contact to book in out of hours works / gain access to sites and ensure the client is happy with works carried out.
  • Liaising with the helpdesk team and other departments (building fabric, projects, electrical and HVAC) on works / engineers scheduled on your dedicated account.

Package / What is on offer:

  • 27,000 - 31,000 Basic Salary (experience dependant).
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 5:30pm (Office Based).
  • Opportunity to increase earnings on paid overtime / out of hours works (1,000 - 10,000 per annum dependant on choice).

The Company:

The business is a commercial, hard services FM / Maintenance provider, providing Carpentry, Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Gas, Electrical and general building maintenance and projects across the UK.

Requirements:

As an Account / Maintenance Administrator, we are looking for an individual who meets the following profile:

  • (Highly preferable but not essential) Experience within the hard services maintenance / FM industry.
  • (Highly preferable but not essential) Experience using a CAFM system, preferably Simpro, Verisaeor ProNett.
  • Experience within a client facing / customer service facing role.
  • Comfortable communicating with colleagues, clients, suppliers and sub-contractors via phone and email.
  • Legally able to work in the UK and able to commit to working full time office based in Sutton, Greater London
