What we're looking for:
- Proven Experience: At least one year of multi-drop experience within the courier industry.
- Valid License: A clean UK driving license held for a minimum of one year.
- Energetic & Fit: You'll need the stamina to load, unload, and handle packages efficiently.
- Customer-Focused: A friendly and professional attitude is key for interacting with customers.
What your day will look like:
Your typical day will commence at 7 am, starting with collecting the van from the yard and the scanner from the office. After downloading your assigned routes and printing the stop order list, you will proceed to scan and load the allocated parcels from the cages into your van.
Once loading is complete, you will undergo a check by the manager of the remaining parcels, set your arrival time for the first stop, and commence deliveries and collections as per your route. Upon completing your route,you will return to the depot, hand over any undelivered parcels to the appropriate staff, return the scanner, and park the van in the yard.
