Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and build on B2B relationships to maximise group revenue.
  • Oversee the quality of instructions made through your consultants.
  • Support with team management and inspire your team to maximise performance.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and customers.
  • Collaborate with peers across divisions and business areas to build networks and identify opportunities for referrals.
  • Take accountability for your KPIs, income cost, and profit budgets through effective project management and organisation.
  • Keep multiple projects moving forward and manage numerous responsibilities and tasks simultaneously.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Expert local market knowledge and a demonstrable track record of success in residential sales.
  • Ability to coach and develop an effective team.
