Are you an experienced Sales Team Leader who has worked with supporting policy roll out to high end clients?  If so read on as an exciting opportunity has arisen to ensure the smooth operations from start to finish of a sale in a growing and profitable business. This role involves providing client advice, marketing products and ensuring effective communication and first-class service with all key stakeholders. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of FCA regulations.

Day to Day duties of the role:

  • Provide timely, accurate, and effective administration to support high-profile, professional clients.
  • Handle initial enquiries regarding company product advising clients on appropriate actions.
  • Manage initial proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness before forwarding for pricing
  • Maintain communication with clients to keep them informed about their quotation status.
  • Issue quotations and supporting documents to clients, addressing any queries that arise.
  • Process new memberships and renewals, ensuring all documentation is correct and timely.
  • Maintain accurate information on all databases and spreadsheets.
  • Organise stands at conferences, including logistics, marketing materials, and payment coordination.
  • Arrange meetings, accommodation, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Manage a small team, ensuring adherence to systems and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of representing the company externally.
  • Understanding of and compliance with FCA regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of scheme rules, policy wording, and benefits.
  • Ability to apply rules and benefits to daily processing tasks.
