Are you currently working as a Building Services Mechanical Design Engineer, you may be with a consultancy looking to gain more experience in the Design and Build Environment?

Are you looking for the opportunity to work in a fast paced design and delivery position, with the chance to see help see the project through to completion.

LDNY People are currently working in partnership with a leading D&B contractor, their office is based in North Surrey and their projects are predominantly in the Surrey/London area.

They have a strong reputation within High End commercial fit out, including offices, restaurants, hotels.

They currently have a requirement for a Building Services Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team, the position is head office based in Surrey (close to a mainline station and parking available near the office).

Role Requirements:

You will currently be working as a Mechanical Design Engineer within the Building Services sector, they are open to people from a consulting environment or D&B background.

Capable of producing accurate Building Services calculations, working as part of a Design team.

The position offers the chance to be involved in the full Design and Build process, so it is an exciting opportunity to learn.

The position is office based so you must be commutable to their head office in North Surrey.

Strong written and oral skills and comfortable working on your own initiative.
