Your new companyA global business that can offer an enormous product range to its clients, they operate across multiple geographies and sectors and are highly specialist in their approach.Your new roleThis role sits between the paying customer and the organisations' products. You'll work closely with account managers and support them in delivering the goods customers need. You will be the first point of contact for clients to place orders, taking orders via email and phone and deal with any issues like price queries or delivery delays.You'll develop good working relationships with long-standing customers and work quickly to support them with orders placed. You will work closely with well-established clients ensuring goods are delivered efficiently and rectify any issues quickly.What you'll need to succeedYou will need exceptional communication skills and have gained previous experience working in a similar role, direct contact with customers in an office setting.
