What Will I Be Doing?As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the key link between the client and their unforgettable travel experience. You'll be:* Developing new business and managing existing accounts* Creating bespoke travel proposals that meet the specific needs of schools, colleges, and sports groups* Accurately costing trips using internal systems and managing budgets* Working closely with internal departments to coordinate transport, accommodation, and activities* Building long-term relationships with clients and suppliers* Delivering excellent customer service throughout the booking process and beyond

What Experience Do I Need?You might have previous experience in sales, customer service, or travel - or you might be a recent graduate with a passion for travel and a real hunger to learn and succeed. What's most important is that you're:* Confident communicating with clients by phone and email* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once* Comfortable using IT systems and learning new tools (CRM experience is a bonus)* Commercially aware and able to work towards targets* Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player* Interested in educational or sports travel, and excited by the idea of helping shape meaningful experiences for young people* Open to occasional travel as part of the role
