Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our clients social housing projects in Sutton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, with a focus on social housing. This is a permanent role with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Trackers: Manage and update daily trackers to monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Trade Allocation: Allocate tasks to various trades, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines.
  • Resident Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring minimal disruption during construction.
