Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Mortgage Adviser for a nationally recognized Estate Agency in Sutton.
The ideal candidate should have a full CeMAP qualification, with CAS status preferred but not mandatory.
This full-time position offers a basic salary ranging from £24,000 to £28,000, with an OTE of £50,000 to £70,000.
Candidates should be driven to achieve targets, possess a full UK driving license, and be capable of providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include liaising with Estate Agency staff, offering face-to-face advice, and generating new business leads.

We are currently looking for a Mortgage Adviser to join our clients, a nationally recognised Estate Agency who are looking to add to their team in Sutton.

The position will be based in the Sutton office, with leads provided from the Estate Agency team. Our clients are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor with a full CeMAP qualification and CAS status would be preferred but not necessary.

Working hours:

Full Time
Monday – Friday and alternate Saturdays (with lieu day provided)

The successful Mortgage and Protection Adviser will be offered:

Basic Salary £24,000 - £28,000

Mortgage and Protection Adviser requirements:

Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
Fully CeMAP
Full UK Driving license.

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage and Protection Adviser:

Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch
Chasing potential leads and generating new business
Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
