Mortgage Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives, driving growth and profitability.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of mortgage and protection advisers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximise performance.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, introducer firms, and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilise reporting tools to analyse sales data and market trends, offering actionable insights to advisers for improved client outcomes.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement new systems and processes to streamline operations, ensuring advisers are proficient in using these tools effectively.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, prioritising customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.

Mortgage Manager Experience & Qualifications:
