My client are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join their public sector team on a temporary basis for 6 months. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in customer service who is adept at handling inquiries and providing exceptional support to the public.
Day to day of the role:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to offer solutions and support.
- Record details of customer interactions and transactions, tracking all inquiries and comments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality service experience.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as necessary.
- Meet personal and team targets for service efficiency and quality.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
