We are looking for a Service Coordinator to keep our client’s operations in order, while ensuring outstanding customer service.

  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm
  • £28,000 - £35,000 salary (DOE)

Job Description:

  • Oversee and organise operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, availability, and scheduling.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records, including reports.
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues, offering guidance to customers over the phone when required.

Person Specification:

  • Prior experience in customer service or operations coordination is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
