Sales Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join a growing media company, based locally to Sutton.

This role is ideal for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to develop their career in sales within a dynamic industry.

Ideal for a junior salesperson looking to step up or an experienced salesperson eager to maximise their earnings in a fast-paced industry.

The Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling advertising space in print and digital formats to both existing and new clients. You'll work with a global client base, requiring strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to generating new business.

Please Note: This role will involve travel, both across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling advertising solutions across print and digital platforms
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Creating compelling sales proposals and presentations
  • Conducting competitor research and market analysis
  • Liaising with internal teams and attending industry trade shows (mainly in Europe)

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience (media sales preferred but not essential)
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven attitude
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Willingness to travel for industry events
