RESIDENTIAL CLIENT ACCOUNTS (MATERNITY COVER) – Residential Lettings Agent
Location: Sutton, SM2
Salary: £30 - £40k DOE
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Previous experience in Residential Lettings / Clients Accounts and superb admin skills are essential for this Residential Client Accounts (Maternity Cover) role. Initially on a Maternity cover contract, there is a possibility that the role may become more permanent.
Our client is looking for competent, organised focused individual to join the team as a Property Accounts Manager.
The role will involve dealing with the Client Account, posting receipts from the tenants and landlords, dealing with deposits return and refund requests and making payments to landlords and contractors.
Fantastic organisational abilities, great attention to detail and previous Client accounting experience essential.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual to provide the best possible service. This role is best suited to a quick thinking, team player who is adept in problem solving and has exceptional relationship building abilities.

Skills required for this Residential Client Accounts role will include:
- Previous experience in Residential Management Property Accounts
- Strong organisational skills
- Superb accounting skills
- Ability to prioritise.
- Knowledge of lettings processes & notices helpful
- Ability to build strong business relationships.
- Confident in liaising with other departments
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
