Role: Registered Manager

Salary: £38,000/annum

We are working with a fantastic organisation based in Sutton who are looking for a Registered Manager to join them on a permanent basis as soon as possible. Our client is a Public Sector organisation who are a charity that are supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex needs.

The Manager will need to hold their Level 5, and have held Registration with CQC previously, Enhanced DBS check will also be required.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Responsibility within your service to ensure that all care & support is offered in a person-centred manner and the people supported are at the heart of all choices and decisions made.
  • To be the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registered Manager for a residential care service, or a number of residential care services in a local area.
  • To provide leadership and direction to Support Workers and Care and Support Team Leaders within residential care services, supporting teams to achieve performance targets and ensuring that services are provided to the highest possible standard and are consistent with the principles and values of personalisation and independence.
  • To support the professional development of Care Team Leaders and the wider team in residential care services through mentoring and coaching.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional IT skills and be able to work within the organisations policies and procedures.

An enhanced DBS is required for this role.
