This role would suit a Mobile Engineer, or similar with an air conditioning or gas engineering background with full exposure to commercial building maintenance looking to make a difference, providing Technical M&E service support.
THE ROLE:
- Provide Technical M&E support to clients within commercial building maintenance arena
- Service and Maintenance of Emergency lighting Testing, power circuit installation
- Controls, BMS and fault finding
- Maintenances Inspections
THE PERSON
- Experience in Mobile engineering
- Experience within commercial building maintenance arena
- Experience and skills with emergency lighting testing and power circuit
- Experience in service and installation works
- Able to travel with great London and South East
