ProTalent are working alongside a reputable accounting firm located in Sutton, Surrey, dedicated to providing high-quality financial services to a diverse range of clients. 

Position Overview:We are are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Manager to join the team of your new Accountants. The Client Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive accounting services, and building strong client relationships. This is a key role within the firm, and the successful candidate will play a crucial part in maintaining client satisfaction and contributing to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all accounting matters.
  • Provide a full range of accounting services, including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, payroll processing, tax planning, and compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial deliverables, adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic financial reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and make appropriate recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop customized financial strategies to support their goals.
  • Advise clients on tax optimization strategies and assist with tax planning and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as tax specialists and auditors, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

You will have experience of managing or assisting heavily in the management of a portfolio of clients, you'll have strong communication skills and act as a first port of call for client queries or questions.
