Grounds Maintenance Operative

Grounds Maintenance Operatives required for a leading housing association in the Sutton region on a temp - perm basis.

This role would see you providing grounds maintenance services to the properties owned by my client. This will include but not limited to cutting/strimming grass, hedge cutting and rubbish removal.

Essential Requirements
To apply for this role you MUST hold a FULL CLEAN UK LICENCE.

Experience of using power tools, hedge cutters, strimmer's or ride on grass cutting machines is desirable.
Experience of working in a team.
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.

Pay rate: 14.52 per hour, paid weekly
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 36
Target Start Date: 1st November
Duration: Temp to perm
Location: Sutton, SM2 6
