Key Responsibilities: Facilities and Estates Manager

  • Maintain and develop school facilities to meet statutory, educational, and operational needs.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for staff, students, and visitors.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, including record-keeping and routine inspections.
  • Manage repairs, maintenance schedules, and emergency response for building issues.
  • Lead and manage the premises team, conducting appraisals and training as needed.
