We are seeking a Senior colleague to join and assist a team of Coordinators, working in a business near Sutton.

You'll be working alongside the Operations Manager, guiding and developing junior colleagues, who as a group, organise and manage targeted events throughout mainly the UK, but also some in Europe - most are in France currently.

Their duties include everything from the day of enquiry and booking, logistics, accommodation, meals, visits and excursions and of course, getting them all home safely.

Groups can be just a handful of people, upto 20+ in multiple group bookings that will all need to be coordinated. So it's a role that will really use your and your colleagues organisation, communicator, coordination and team leadership skills.

You'll also get the chance to attend the events themselves, being the point of contact for the group, and ensuring that each and every person has the best experience possible.Refer a friend and earn a retail voucher worth up to £500!
