Health and Wellbeing Tutor - Sutton
Remedy Tutors are looking for a Sessional Tutor to cover a vacancy in a college based in Sutton.
This will be in Health and Wellbeing, covering a vacant role in the establishment - 18 hours per week.
The Tutor role would involve the following:
- plan and deliver engaging sessions;
- apply skills to raise pupils' confidence;
- manage children with challenging behaviour;
- track the learning progress of the student to achieve their desired learning outcomes and being able to provide monthly reports;
- potentially engage in outdoor activities such as learning about plants and nature with the student,
- learn about visuals to communicate in some cases.
The qualifications/experience required is as follows:
NVQ Level 4/degree or equivalent
DTTLS and/or PTTLS
The pay rate for this role is to be discussed, but will be between £17.00 - £19.74 PAYE OR £22.00 - £24.56 Umbrella/Ltd
Work on weekends and bank holidays will be paid at a higher rate.
The start date for this role is 06/01/2025 and will end on 31/03/2025.
