Position: IFA Administrator

Location: Cheam, Surrey

Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years' IFA administration experience; Intelligent Office experience; Volume experience ideal but not essential

YOUR NEW COMPANY

Our client is a hugely successful, award-winning boutique IFA business based in Cheam, Surrey. Due to expansion, the firm has a requirement for a new IFA Administrator to join it's growing Private Client division. The IFA Administrator role is office based and offers flexible hours.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Office Manager, the IFA Administrator's key duties will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the financial advisers, servicing new and existing clients.
  • Use various programs such as Intelligent Office and Volume.
  • Navigate through different provider platforms.
  • Process relevant applications.
  • Written and verbal communication with the administration team, Financial advisers, other providers and clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates interested in the IFA Administrator vacancy will have the following criteria:

  • At least 2 years' IFA administration experience
  • Intelligent Office experience
  • Volume experience a bonus but not essential
