Sonic Summary

OHUK is seeking a Mechanical Estimator to join their established M&E Sub contractor team.
The role is office-based in the Sutton area and involves working on multi-million pound projects in both the private and public sectors.
Candidates should have previous experience in tendering for multi-million projects and possess commercial experience.
The position requires proficiency with Trimble Estimating XG and the ability to produce take-offs independently.
A competitive salary is offered, depending on experience.

OHUK are currently recruiting a Mechanical Estimator to join an established M&E Sub contractor. The company works within the private and public sector, working on multi million pound projects. This position will be office based in the Sutton area.

Responsibilities;

Confident with the use of Trimble Estimating XG database
Able to produce own take offs, including pipework take offs
Able to work independently and within a team
Happy to attend all mid and post tender meetings
Liaising with current and new clients
Updating tender documents via companies system
To be involved with the complete cycle of the tender process

Requirements;

Previous experience tendering multi million
Commercialexperience required
Able to commute into the companies office in Sutton
Ideally have previous experience within mechanical and public health
