- Initially a 12 month maternity contract, potential to go perm
- Salary: £negotiable, average bonus 6% (c.£2k) + pension contribution to 13% (c.£4k)
- Office/WFH: 3 office days p/w initially, possibly 2 days office & 3 days WFH after training
- Requirements: SIPP or DC pensions administration experience essential
- Role Snapshot: Working on all admin/processing aspects that centre around complex client instruction regarding their SIPP’s. Around 80% admin-based role and 20% dealing with queries/complaints.
The Company/Team: This impressive business is looking to supplement a number of established teams and this function handles complex elements of SIPP administration, such as processing Pension Sharing Orders for divorce cases, QROPS transfers, Benefit calculations & payments, payroll management and more.
The Role: In this SIPP/DC Pensions Administrator role, you will focus your time on three main areas, those being the admin/processing of client instructions relating to their SIPP’s, dealing with queries and complaints and also taking time to maintain & update team procedures/process flows and have oversight of process risks.
- Ability to effectively manage daily workloads, address queries & handle escalated or complaint cases
- In-depth understanding of SIPP Benefits Processes, both UK and overseas
- Skilful management of technical/complex client instructions, ensuring optimal client outcomes
- Process risk oversight, adhering to reporting & data quality rules related to owned processes
- Maintain & update team procedures & process flows after process changes/improvements
- Issue escalation to management, especially any posing regulatory/reputational/financial risks
- Contact with clients/internal stakeholders, resolving outstanding operational queries.
- Generate ideas & active participation in projects contributing to the team's overall success
Experience/Skills Required: For this SIPP/DC Pensions Administrator role, you must already have solid SIPP or DC pensions admin/processing experience. The ability to multi-task is also important as you will be liaising with teams in several locations.
Additional Information:The salary for this SIPP/DC Pensions Administrator post is negotiable, with an average bonus of c.6% (£2,000) and company pension contribution to 13% (£4,000).
