MB Associates, a multiple award-winning mortgage broker based in Cheam, Surrey, seeks a dynamic, self-motivated, hard-working mortgage administrator to join its busy, vibrant office.This full-time, office-based role offers an opportunity to join a welcoming, inclusive, and professional team of mortgage advisers and administrators and develop a career in financial services.

Cheam is a thriving village with easy access from Cheam station - a 35-minute train journey from London Victoria.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients to obtain basic fact-finding information for mortgage applications.

• Liaising with clients to ensure documentation is requested, managing their expectations, and submitting documents to mortgage lenders.

• Providing guidance and updates to clients and professional parties.

• Building and strengthening relationships with existing clients through good communication.

• Submitting mortgage and life cover cases to financial providers.

• Review documents received and check that they are compliant.

• Able to work on your own initiative and unsupervised on occasions
