Marketing Admin Assistant

I am supporting a client who is looking for a Marketing Admin Assistant to support the launch of our new website. This temporary position is ideal for someone with a background in marketing administration who is available to start immediately and has experience with website CMS and digital marketing tools.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of the website launch.
- Handle administrative tasks related to marketing such as scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing communications with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Help in the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of projects.
- Photograph and edit photos, along with some video editing tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a marketing admin role.
- Previous experience with website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn new digital tools and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of ecommerce and HTML/CSS is advantageous.
- Experience in photographing and editing photos, as well as video editing.
