This is the opportunity to work with the very best in the commercial building maintenance space.This role would suit a Mobile Engineer, or similar with an air conditioning or gas engineering background with full exposure to commercial building maintenance looking to make a difference, providing Technical M&E service support.THE ROLE:
- Provide Technical M&E support to clients within commercial building maintenance arena
- Service and Maintenance of air handling units, Gas Fired Boilers, Oil Fired Boilers
- Support of Pipe work Systems, valves and chillers
- Valves (manual and actuated)
- Chillers
THE PERSON
- Experience in Mobile engineering
- Experience within commercial building maintenance arena
- Experience and skills with Air conditioning units and pipework
- Experience in service and installation works
- Able to travel with great London and South East
