Position: Master Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostic, repair, and maintenance tasks on a wide range of vehicles.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all work performed.
- Maintain accurate records of work done, parts used, and time spent.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through ongoing training.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Master Technician or in a similar technical role.
- Extensive knowledge of [industry-specific equipment/systems].
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
- Relevant certifications as required for the role.
