  • Assess and prescribe equipment tailored to patient requirements.
  • Liaise with community services to facilitate seamless discharges.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to patient care reports.
  • Offer guidance and support to junior staff when necessary, fostering a learning environment.

Requirements: You must be registered with the HCPC and possess at least two years of relevant experience within Acute Care in the NHS.
