We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the team at one of the NHS Trusts in South London. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery, independence, and well-being.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals.
  • Provide advice, education, and support to patients, families, and carers.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to discharge planning.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
