Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am -5pm  (office Based)

Our established family owned FM service provider client is currently looking for an Account Manager to join their team. The focus of the position will be to provide support to the Business with scheduling and customer services of their clients.

Main Responsibilities of the Account Manager      

  • Booking in Facilities Management work/tasks for the field team
  • Liaising with Clients/Operatives on the jobs that need to be carried out
  • Scheduling of the engineers/cleaners to attend client sites
  • Post Clean Reports
  • Invoicing Spreadsheet completion
  • Filing
  • High levels of customer service, answering calls from Clients, customers and the field team in regards to new tasks or current tasks
  • Handling client complaints in a prompt manner and escalating to the relevant personnel

Experience and Skills required

  • Previous Office Experience – Customer Service or Administration
  • Scheduling experience is a bonus
  • Good clear telephone voice
  • Open to changing tasks
  • Able to multi-task
  • Experienced with Microsoft packages
  • Able to work on own initiative and self-manage/support others
  • Methodical
