Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a business based in the Sutton area. We are seeking an experienced Office & Admin Manager to take charge of daily office operations. This position requires someone who thrives in a small, dynamic setting where no two days are the same and is willing to be hands-on with the team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, liaising with suppliers and service providers as necessary.
- Managing the administration team including performance review.
- Organise meetings, appointments, and events, including handling travel arrangements when required.
- Maintain HR records, assist with recruitment, and support new employee onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience as an Office Manager.
- Experience managing administration staff.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
