My client is looking for Office Administrator for a established for maintenance and housing company. The Office Administrator will help with the day to day running of all outgoing and incoming deliveries, reports and enquires. Helping with coordinating drivers to support any housing issues. The Office Administrator will have good telephone manner and good organisation skills and good attention to detail.
General duties
Office Administrator
· First point of contact for all enquiries: email, telephone and in person;
· Prioritising, drafting and actioning correspondence;
· Maintaining office and client systems both manual and electronic;
· Maintaining office supplies;
· Managing Mail and postage;
· Maintaining and developing filing systems;
· Leading and minute taking at meetings when required
· Organising PPE to be sent out to site
· Managing the Site Operative site allocation on the daily call and sending alerts out to the Operatives
· Maintain schedules and contact lists;
· Welcoming visiting guests– meeting at office etc. and preparing & supplying welcome packs;
· Assisting with diary management when required
· Networking at events;
· Contributing to the overall development of the Company
Person Specification
· One to two years administration experience desirable
· Self-starter, able to work within a team
· Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, friendly, and professional manner
· Quickly builds rapport/credibility with colleagues
· Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
· Punctual, with exceptional time keeping ability and strong attendance record
· Able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
· Great communication skills who is able to communicate with all levels
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Good standard and understanding of English and Maths
· Attention to detail whilst undertaking duties
