About The Role
Agility Eco are searching for a Community Partnerships Manager to join thesuccessful and growing Community Schemes team, which is focussed primarily on Industry Initiatives, but also provides customer services and lead generation for our expanding portfolio of large energy efficiency projects.
This a role for an experienced relationship manager with experience in business development within our fast- growing business that has established a leading position in energy efficiency programmes and consultancy services.
Our aim is to help people to keep warm in colder months and reduce their energy bills. The nature of our programmes means that we are regularly dealing with vulnerable members of society. You will need to be passionate about helping people whilst creating value for the AgilityEco business.
You'll need to be able to understand and creatively develop the commercial value of partnership opportunities, as well as work within (and have a detailed knowledge of) the regulatory frameworks that govern our activities. As an externally facing member of the team, representing the company widely in the marketplace, you are expected to endeavour to build on and enhance our excellent reputation.

This role reports directly to the Community Projects Manager. This is a remote role.

What you'll be doing:
  • Referral Partner management
    • Responding to enquiries
    • Referral Training
    • Co-ordinating reports
    • Supporting new areas to grow
    • Monitoring quality of referrals
  • Delivery Partner account management
    • Searching for new partners
    • Development of delivery area
  • Marketing
    • Working with the marketing team/advertising agency to develop and implement a marketing plan to support lead generation
    • Work with the marketing team/advertising agency to develop LEAP marketing collateral (more about leap here:https://applyforleap.org.uk/our-customers/)
    • Manage LEAP marketing collateral
  • Work closely with the Energy Advice Manager to identify any issues and trends that may impact the delivery of the scheme.
  • Support senior management to highlight operational risks and areas for improvement.
  • Recognise when to escalate queries to senior management.
  • Keep up to date with any business development and new product lines/schemes and any industry changes affecting the business and relaying this knowledge back to the team where required.
  • Seek to progress professional development both independently and through compulsory training.
  • The role will involve a close working relationship with the Projects Team and external delivery partners.

What we need from you:
  • Business development and account management experience, ideally with a background in one or more of the following:
    • Fuel poverty / vulnerable people programmes
    • Working with or in the public or third sector
    • Working within regulated programmes
    • Consumer marketing
  • Commercial acumen, being able to spot new opportunities for mutually profitable partnerships with existing and new partners
  • Strong organisational skills to run regional events, manage multiple tasks with our partners, give direction to the delivery teams and to track progress against milestones and report to the AgilityEco team
  • Customer and delivery focused
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Highly numerate with good excel skills
