Sales and Services Officer

Good Afternoon,

I am currently representing Sutton Housing Partnership, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate of 17.39 which is negotiable dependent upon experience. (15 Hours)

We are looking for a Sales and Services Officer this role will be: SM1 4LE (Mainly Remote)

The right candidate will:

• Sutton Housing Partnership has been running a successful buyback scheme for the last several years and we are about to re-open our waiting list to leaseholders.
• We are looking for somebody to help deal with the enquiries and interest this will foster, both on the phone and via email. You will need to record their details, explain the process to them, set expectations and refer cases to the council for valuation.

We require the following:

• You will need to be highly organised and be able to prioritise your work, have confident IT and excellent customer service skills as you will be the first point of contact.
• You will preferably be confident in using an integrated housing management system and have experience within leasehold services.
