Contact: Alexandra – JGA Recruitment is partnering with a thriving and fast-growing business in Sutton that’s looking to welcome an experienced Payroll Administrator to their friendly and supportive team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in payroll who thrives in a client-focused environment and is ready to take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes.What you’ll be doing:
  • Running full-cycle client payrolls across diverse sectors with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring full compliance with RTI and individual client requirements.
  • Responding to client queries regarding payroll, statutory deductions, benefits, and expenses.
  • Managing BACS payments, auto-enrolment pensions, and statutory payments (e.g. student loans, SMP).
  • Issuing P45s, P60s, and payroll journals in line with HMRC guidelines.
  • Acting as the go-to contact for clients on all payroll-related matters.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in payroll administration, ideally within a client-focused or bureau setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
