Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Community MSK Physiotherapist (Band 6) to join our dynamic team. Based at Jubilee Health Centre and St Helier's Hospital, you will deliver specialist musculoskeletal (MSK) care to a diverse patient population. This role is vital to ensuring the community has access to expert physiotherapy services that enhance recovery and improve quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist MSK assessments and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and holistic care.
- Support patients in achieving optimal mobility and function, utilizing advanced physiotherapy techniques.
- Contribute to service development initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Supervise and support junior physiotherapists and students as part of a learning environment.
- Qualifications: Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy, HCPC registration essential.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience, with at least 12 months in MSK physiotherapy.
- Skills: Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational abilities.
- Desirable: Experience in community-based care and the ability to manage a complex caseload independently.
