Tradewind Recruitment are looking to appoint an experienced and flexible Primary Teacher to join their team for daily supply cover in various schools across the Sutton area. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers seeking varied experience, working with different KS2 classes across the borough. Days of work will vary, covering sickness in a number of schools, so flexibility is essential.
About the role:
- Provide high-quality teaching and learning across KS2
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons in line with school plans
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure effective lesson delivery
- Adapt lessons and resources to meet the needs of different learners
- Be responsive to each school's unique needs and teaching style
Requirements:
- Must have UK recognised QTS
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
- A positive and flexible approach to teaching
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues, pupils, and external agencies
- Available to work on a daily supply basis across schools in Sutton
