Job Description:We are looking for a passionate and committed Primary School Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans, delivering top-quality instruction, and creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum
  • Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to monitor student progress
  • Maintain classroom discipline to ensure a safe and effective learning space
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student growth
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies to engage students and inspire a love of learning
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date student records in accordance with school policies
  • Provide timely feedback to students and parents on academic progress and behaviour

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Teaching certification for the appropriate grade level
  • Proven experience as a primary school teacher or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of child development and primary education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and classroom management skills
