We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Sutton. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support for students, focusing on inclusion and pastoral care
  • Create and maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support the delivery of tailored interventions to help students reach their full potential
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement strategies that support students with diverse learning needs
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure effective support
  • Assist with monitoring students’ progress and contribute to reports and meetings when necessary
