Job Overview:We're looking for an enthusiastic Supply Primary Teaching Assistant who is dedicated to student growth. This part-time role involves supporting various classes, assisting with lesson preparations, and contributing to student's educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Help prepare learning materials and classroom activities.
- Provide individualised support for students who need extra help.
- Supervise and ensure student safety during activities and breaks.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support student's emotional and social development.
Experience and Skills Needed:
- Previous experience in a Teaching Assistant role or similar.
- Strong understanding of primary school curriculum and child development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
Qualifications:
- Relevant educational or childcare qualification preferred.
- Cache Level 1, 2, or 3 required.
- First Aid certification is a plus.
