Job Description: 

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Block Property Manager to oversee the management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Sutton, Surrey. The Block Property Manager will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including tenant and landlord relations, maintenance and repairs, budgeting and financial management, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties 

• Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders 

• Manage property maintenance and repairs, including coordinating with contractors and service providers • Develop and manage property budgets and financial reports 

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including health and safety, fire safety, and tenancy regulations 

• Respond to and resolve tenant complaints and concerns 

• Conduct regular property inspections and create maintenance plans 

• Liaise with property owners and stakeholders regarding property management decisions and strategies 

• Work with the accounts team to manage rent collections and arrears
